The Capitol is not only a symbol of democracy, but it's also a beautiful architectural masterpiece. You can even take a tour inside and see the historic chambers and artwork. Firstly you are absolutely right. I also visited Washington DC. There are many popular and attractive places in this city I will share some names here these are
National Gallery of Art
United States Holocaust Memorial Museum
Vietnam Veterans Memorial
Korean War Veterans Memorial
National Mall
U.S. Capitol
Washington Monument
National World War II Memorial
All of these are the best places which anyone which enjoy great memories there.

Well, your sharing is great. Last year I visited this city. But after reading your post I have again decided I will go there with my family to enjoy the summer season. So I booked a 3-Day New York to Niagara Falls, Goat Island, Journey Behind the Falls. Luna Island and Cave of the Winds Tour. I am very excited and happy. Next month I will go there.
